This User Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") is formulated by Zhengzhou Boguan Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Boguan Technology" or "we"), which elaborates on how Boguan Technology will handle your personal information and privacy information, and declares Boguan Technology's commitment to protecting privacy. Boguan Technology may update or modify this Policy from time to time in the future based on the context of information processing. 

This policy applies to all products or services provided by Boguan Technology and its affiliated companies that have not established independent privacy policies. It does not apply to services provided by other third parties to you, nor to products or services that have independently set up separate privacy policies.

Before using the services and products of Boguan Technology, or submitting any personal or private information to Boguan Technology, please carefully read, understand and agree to this policy and any supplementary policies. Only after confirming your full understanding and agreement should you use the relevant products or services. If you do not agree with any content of this privacy policy, you should immediately stop using the services of Boguan Technology. Once you start using the products or services of Boguan Technology, it indicates that you have fully understood and agreed to this policy. 

 

This Privacy Policy will help you understand:

 - We will collect and use your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy, but we will not bundle and collect personal information in a forced manner just because you agree to this Privacy Policy.

 - When you use or activate related functions or services, to achieve the necessary functions and services, we will collect and use relevant information. Unless it is necessary information required to achieve basic business functions or as required by laws and regulations, you can refuse to provide it without affecting other functions or services. We will explain in this Privacy Policy which information is necessary.

 - If you do not log in to your account, we will use the corresponding device identifier information to ensure the basic function of information push. If you log in to your account, we will use the account information to achieve information push.

 - This Privacy Policy applies to your access and use of our products and services through this application, official website, software development kit (SDK) and application programming interface (API) used by third-party websites and applications.

 

1. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information

 

1.1 The information you need to authorize us to collect and use 

1) Account Information.：To use the services provided by Boguan Technology, you need to register and log in to your account. At this time, you need to provide us with information including but not limited to your email address. After providing the above information and agreeing to the registration agreement and this policy, you can use the core business functions of this application, including: browsing all functions within the application.

 2) Additional Information.：When you use the additional business functions of this application, to meet the purpose of providing you with the product and service, in addition to account information, we may need you to further provide us with information including but not limited to your personal identity information, location information and other information necessary for providing you with the product and service. If you do not use the additional business functions or specific products and services, you do not need to provide the relevant information (which will be detailed below). 

 

1.2 The information you choose to authorize us to access on your own. 

1) Geographical Location

Purpose: With your authorization, we will collect your geographical location information to provide you with services such as device location query. If you refuse to provide this information, you will only be unable to use the functions related to location information, but it will not affect your use of other services of the App.

 Information Description: The sources of location information include IP address, GPS, and sensor information from WLAN (such as Wi-Fi) access points, Bluetooth, and base stations that can provide relevant information.

 

2) Camera

Purpose: With your authorization, we will collect your camera information to provide you with functions such as scanning and taking photos. You can choose to enable or disable the camera authorization by yourself. Once disabled, you may not be able to use functions such as scanning and taking photos, but it will not affect your use of other services of the App.

 Information Description: We only collect the corresponding information when you use the corresponding functions, such as when you use scanning and taking photos functions. Different systems may display different names, such as camera, webcam, etc.

 

3) Album

Purpose: With your authorization, we will collect your album information to provide you with functions such as uploading photos. You can choose to enable or disable the album authorization by yourself. Once disabled, you may not be able to use functions such as uploading photos, but it will not affect your use of other services of the App.

 Information Description: We only collect the corresponding information when you use the corresponding functions, such as when you upload and save photos. Different systems may display different names, such as album, storage permission, etc.

 

4) Device Information

Purpose: During your access or use of our services, we will collect your device information to obtain information such as screen resolution for interface display, prevent abnormal logins from other devices, and retain necessary log information to ensure the security of your account, transaction, and system operation.

Information Description: The device status we collect includes your device model, IMEI/Android ID/IDFA/OPEN UDID/GUID/OAID, SIM card IMSI, ICCID information and other device identifiers, device MAC address, list of mobile applications, and telecommunications operator. Without your authorization, we will not obtain the above information in advance. Currently, most mobile terminal manufacturers support the modification of device identifiers to ensure your control over your personal information. For specific methods of withdrawal or modification, please refer to the instructions of the terminal device you are using.

 

Please note that individual device information, log information, etc. cannot identify the identity of a specific natural person. If we combine such non-personal information with other information to identify the identity of a specific natural person, or use it in combination with personal information, then during the period of combined use, such non-personal information will be regarded as personal information. 

 

1.3 Provide you with security guarantees

To ensure the security of your account and the system operation, and to comply with legal regulations and the terms of our agreement, during your use of our products/services, with your authorization, we will obtain your device information, including the attributes, connection and status information of the device you are using, such as device model, device identifiers (such as IMEI/Android ID/IDFA/OPENUDID/GUID/OAID, SIM card IMSI, ICCID information, etc.), device MAC address, software list, telecommunications operator and other hardware and software feature information.

 

1.4 Exceptions to Obtaining Authorization and Consent

According to relevant laws and regulations, in the following circumstances, we do not need to obtain your authorization and consent to collect your personal information:

(1) Involving national security, defense security, public security, national interests, and social public interests;

(2) Related to activities such as criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and enforcement;

(3) To safeguard your or others' life and property in special circumstances where your prompt authorization cannot be obtained;

(4) Collect your personal information from other legal and publicly available channels;

(5) The personal information collected is information that you have voluntarily disclosed to the public.

(6) As necessary for the conclusion of the contract in accordance with your requirements;

(7) To maintain the safe and stable operation of the provided products or services as necessary, such as identifying and addressing faults in the products or services;

(8) Other circumstances as prescribed by laws and regulations. 

 

2. How will Boguan Technology use your personal information? 

We will use your personal information for the following purposes:

1) Help you complete the account registration.

 2) Provide you with products or services.

 3) When we provide services, it is used for identity verification, customer service, security prevention, fraud monitoring, archiving and backup purposes to ensure the security of the products and services we provide to you.

 4) Conduct internal audits, data analysis and research to better improve our products, services and communication with users.

 

3. How will we use cookies?

3.1 Cookie

When you use our services, we store small data files called cookies on your computer or mobile device. Cookies usually contain an identifier, the name of the site, and some numbers and characters. We use this information to determine whether registered users have logged in, improve the quality of services/products and optimize the user experience. 3.2 Device Permission Invocation 

During the process of providing services, Boguan Technology may need to request certain device permissions from you, such as access to notifications, the photo album, the camera, etc. You can also choose to turn off some or all of these permissions at any time through the settings on your device, thereby refusing Boguan Technology from collecting the corresponding personal information. The display and disabling methods of permissions may vary on different devices. For specific instructions, please refer to the device and system developer's explanations or guidelines.

4. How We Share, Transfer, and Disclose Your Personal Information Publicly

4.1 Sharing 

Boguan Technology will not provide your personal information to third parties without your consent or authorization. However, Boguan Technology may share your personal information with third parties under the following circumstances. 

We will carefully evaluate the purpose of third parties using shared information, conduct a comprehensive assessment of their security guarantee capabilities, and require them to abide by the terms of the cooperation legal agreement. We will also strictly monitor the software development kits (SDKs) and application programming interfaces (APIs) through which these partners obtain information to ensure data security. 

1) Sharing with your explicit consent: We will share your personal information with other parties only after obtaining your explicit consent.

2) Sharing with affiliated companies of Boguan Technology: Within the scope of the purposes stated in this policy, your personal information may be shared with affiliated companies of Boguan Technology. As a policy, we will only share necessary personal information. If an affiliated company intends to change the purpose of processing your personal information, it will seek your authorization and consent again.

3) Sharing with authorized partners: To achieve the purposes stated in this policy, some services of Boguan Technology will be provided by authorized partners. Boguan Technology may share some of your personal information with partners to provide better customer service and user experience.

4) Sharing with other users: To provide better user service and experience, Boguan Technology may share some of your personal information with other users.

5) Sharing under legal circumstances: We may share your personal information with third parties as required by laws and regulations, judicial procedures, or in response to requests from administrative or judicial authorities.

6) Other circumstances: If the shared information is de-identified and the third party receiving the information cannot re-identify the identity of the information subject; sharing based on reasonable business practices; sharing for academic research purposes; in certain circumstances, sharing your personal information is necessary to achieve the core functions of our products and/or services or provide the services you need, or to handle disputes or controversies between you and others; sharing to protect you, our other users or employees, Boguan Technology, or public interests, property or safety (such as fraud or credit risks, etc.) from damage. 

 

4.2 Transfer 

We will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization or individual, except in the following circumstances: 

1) Transfer with explicit consent: We will transfer your personal information to other parties only after obtaining your explicit consent.

2) In cases of mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, spin-offs, bankruptcies, asset transfers or similar transactions involving us, if the transfer of your personal information is involved, we will require the new entity holding your personal information to continue to be bound by this Privacy Policy. Otherwise, we will require the new entity to seek your authorization and consent again.

3) Other circumstances as stipulated by laws, regulations, etc. 

 

4.3 Public Disclosure 

We will only disclose your personal information in the following circumstances and under the premise of taking security protection measures that comply with laws and industry standards. 

1) Obtain your explicit consent;

2) Disclose based on laws and regulations, legal procedures or mandatory requirements of government authorities. However, we guarantee that, under the premise of complying with legal and regulatory requirements, when we receive a request for disclosure of information, we will require the requesting party to provide the corresponding legal documents. 

4.4 Exceptions to the Requirement of Obtaining Prior Consent for Sharing, Transferring, or Publicly Disclosing Personal Information

In the following circumstances, sharing, transferring, or publicly disclosing your personal information does not require prior authorization and consent from you:

(1) Directly related to national security and national defense security;

(2) Directly related to public security, public health, or major public interests;

(3) Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and the enforcement of judgments, etc.

(4) Where it is necessary to protect the life, property or other major legitimate rights and interests of the personal information subject or other individuals, and it is impossible to obtain the consent of the individual in a timely manner;

(5) Personal information that you disclose to the public on your own initiative;

(6) Collecting personal information from legally disclosed public sources, such as legitimate news reports, government information disclosure channels, etc.

(7) As necessary for entering into and performing relevant agreements or other written documents with you;

(8) Other circumstances as stipulated by laws, regulations, etc. 

 

5. How to Manage Your Personal Information 

You can access and manage your personal information through the following methods: 

5.1 Access, modify or supplement your personal information 

（1）You can visit, correct and supplement your personal information through the "Personal Settings" page in accordance with the relevant policies and prompts of Boguan Technology.

（2）You can also have your personal information accessed, corrected and supplemented through your company administrator in the software's backend.

 

5.2 Delete Your Personal Information 

In the following circumstances, you can request your company administrator to delete your personal information: 

(1) If your company's handling of personal information violates laws and regulations;

(2) If your company collects and uses your personal information without obtaining your explicit consent;

(3) If our handling of your personal information seriously violates the agreement with you;

(4) If your company no longer uses our products or services, or if your company's administrator actively deactivates your account in the software backend; 

 

5.3 Account Cancellation/Deletion
(1) Under the conditions stipulated in the User Service Agreement and in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations, your account may be cancelled or deleted. Once an account is cancelled or deleted, all related data and information will be deleted or processed.

(2) If you need to cancel your account, you can apply to the operator of your affiliated company for account cancellation. Your operator can log in to the software backend with the administrator account - "Member Management" - "xxx's Account" - "Delete" to delete the account. The system will respond immediately to the account deletion request. Once the account is deleted, it cannot be restored, and your personal information will be deleted. It is recommended that you make a backup before canceling your account. 

 

5.4 Altering the Scope of Your Authorized Consent

Some information is necessary for using our services, but the provision of most other information is at your discretion. You can change the scope of the information we are authorized to continue collecting or withdraw your authorization by deleting the information, disabling device functions, etc. Your decision to withdraw authorization will not affect the processing of information that was carried out based on your previous authorization.

For your reasonable requests, we generally do not charge any fees. However, for repeated requests that exceed a reasonable limit, we may charge a certain cost fee as appropriate. We may also refuse those requests that are made without cause, repeatedly, require excessive technical means (for example, requiring the development of a new system or a fundamental change to current practices), pose risks to the legitimate rights and interests of others, or are highly impractical.

In the following circumstances, in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements, we will be unable to respond to your requests for access, modification or supplementation, deletion, account cancellation, or changes to consent authorizations:

(1) Directly related to national security and national defense security;

(2) Directly related to public security, public health, or major public interests;

(3) Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and the enforcement of judgments, etc.

(4) There is sufficient evidence to show that you have acted with subjective malice or abused your rights;

(5) Responding to your request would cause serious harm to your or another individual's or organization's legitimate rights and interests;

(6) Involving trade secrets;

(7) Other circumstances as prescribed by laws, regulations, etc. 

 

6. How We Protect and Preserve Your Personal Information
Boguan Technology attaches great importance to the security of personal information. We adopt standard practices in the Internet industry to protect your personal information and prevent it from being accessed, disclosed, used, modified, damaged or lost without authorization. We will take all reasonable and feasible measures to protect your personal information.

We will take all reasonable and feasible measures to ensure that no personal information unrelated to the services provided by Boguan Technology is collected. We will do our best to protect your personal information, but please understand that due to technical limitations and possible malicious means, it is impossible to guarantee 100% information security in the Internet industry. You need to know that the system and communication network you use to access our services may have problems due to factors beyond our control. Please note that the information you voluntarily share or even publicly disclose when using our services may involve your or others' personal information or even personal sensitive information. Please consider more carefully whether to share or even publicly disclose relevant information when using our services.

In the event of a personal information security incident, we will promptly inform you in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations of the basic situation and possible impact of the security incident, the measures we have taken or will take to handle it, suggestions for you to independently prevent and reduce risks, and the remedial measures for you. We will promptly notify you of the relevant circumstances of the incident by email, letter, phone, push notifications, etc. When it is difficult to inform each personal information subject individually, we will issue a public announcement through reasonable and effective means. At the same time, we will also proactively report the handling situation of personal information security incidents to the regulatory authorities as required.

Personal information collected and generated within the territory of the People's Republic of China will be stored within the territory of the People's Republic of China. We will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes described in this policy. However, for the purposes of complying with applicable laws and regulations, court judgments or rulings, requirements of other competent authorities, or maintaining public interests, we may extend the retention period of personal information appropriately. 

 

7. Third-Party Providers and Their Services

To ensure a smooth browsing experience, you may receive content or web links provided by third parties outside of Boguan Technology and its partners (hereinafter referred to as "third parties"). Boguan Technology has no control over such third parties. You can choose whether to visit the links, content, products and services provided by third parties.

Boguan Technology cannot control the privacy and personal information protection policies of third parties, and such third parties are not bound by this policy. Before submitting your personal information to a third party, please ensure that you have read and agreed to the privacy protection policies of these third parties. 

 

8. How will Boguan Technology handle the personal information of minors?

We encourage parents or guardians to guide minors under the age of 18 in using our services. We suggest that parents or guardians of minors read this policy and advise minors to seek their consent and guidance before using our services or submitting personal information to us. If we discover and confirm that a minor has submitted personal information to us without the consent of their parents or guardians, we will delete it as soon as possible.

 

9. How This Policy is Updated and Its Scope of Application

This policy is an important part of the "Software License and Service Agreement". Boguan Technology reserves the right to update or modify this policy from time to time and will notify you of any changes through various channels, including but not limited to website announcements, private message notifications, etc. Without your explicit consent, we will not restrict the rights you should enjoy under this privacy policy. For significant changes and modifications that substantially reduce your rights under this policy, we will also provide more prominent notifications (including through announcements on our platform or even pop-up prompts).

If you do not agree with the revised privacy policy, you have the right and should immediately stop using the services of Boguan Technology. If you continue to use the services of Boguan Technology, it will be deemed that you accept the modifications made by Boguan Technology to the relevant terms of this policy.

All services provided by Boguan Technology are subject to this policy. However, certain services have their own specific privacy policies, which will provide more detailed information on how Boguan Technology handles your information in those services. In case of any inconsistency between this policy and the specific privacy policy of a particular service, the specific privacy policy shall prevail.

 

10. Others

1) This User Privacy Policy shall be interpreted and disputes resolved in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan). In the event of any dispute regarding the signing or performance of this policy, both parties shall strive to resolve it through friendly consultation; if consultation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court having jurisdiction over the place where Boguan Technology is located.

2) The headings of this "User Privacy Policy" are for convenience and ease of reading only and do not affect the meaning or interpretation of any provisions in the main text. 

3) We provide this Privacy Policy in multiple languages for your convenience. All translated versions are derived from the original Chinese version. If there is any discrepancy, ambiguity, or conflict between a non-Chinese version and the Chinese version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
